If you cancel your reservation more than one (1) month before the check-in date, we will return your reservation payment less a $50 processing fee for each reservation. Cancellations made less than 1 month before the check-in date, will result in the forfeiture of the entire paymentt. Guests who shorten their stay after arrival will forfeit the reservation payment.

All reservations require a 100% credit card payment. Cash or checks are not acceptable.

No, we do NOT accept holds or pencil-ins for sites or lodging units.

While we will do our best to meet your request, we cannot guarantee specific sites or lodging units, due to potential unforeseen mechanical, utilities or weather issues.
