Golf Cart Liability Waiver – Strawberry Park Resort

Rentals: $70/day with a 3-day minimum on holidays, otherwise a 2-day minimum, $150 security deposit

Holidays: Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day

It’s important to operate the golf cart in a safe and responsible manner to ensure a fun and enjoyable experience for everyone.

So please read the following usage rules and instructions – and have a great time!

Note: You MUST charge the golf cart overnight to have a carefree next day.

Golf Cart Usage Rules 

  1. Park Guests or Visitors may not bring golf carts into the park.
  2. Drivers must be at least 21 years old. Be prepared to present your driver’s license upon request.
  3. FIVE (5) MPH speed limit (which is not faster than an average runner)
  4. The maximum number of riders is 6 people.
  5. All riders must remain seated.
  6. The use of a cart after dark requires the use of headlights.
  7. Do not park in front of walkways, in roadways, or on Pierce Road
  8. Rentals must be returned at least 1 hour prior to check-out time.
  9. You are responsible for any and all damages.

Golf Cart Instructions

  1. Unplug the cable under the seat
  2. Unplug the cable from the power source
  3. Make sure the parking brake is on (push on the “P” on the brake)
  4. Insert key
  5. Turn the key to the ON position
  6. Press forward to move in the forward direction or press reverse to back up
  7. Press on the accelerator pedal this will release the parking brake.
  8. When stopping be sure to set the parking brake by pushing on the “P” on the brake pedal
  9. Turn the key OFF

Charging the Golf Cart (must be done daily)

  1. Using the plug at the back of the cart plug into a power source.
  2. Next plug in the cart under the seat – the cart will now be charging.
