Winter Onsite Storage: Included (Oct. 15, 2025 – Mar. 31, 2026)
Fee Range: $6,000 – $8,000 (site-specific, depending on factors like location within the park, site size, and overall landscape features)
Payment Schedule:
• 25% due at signing
• 25% due Dec. 1, 2025
• 25% due Feb. 1, 2026
• 25% due Apr. 1, 2026 + $400 electric deposit

CONTRACT SUMMARY
Occupancy & Guests
– Up to 6 registered family members.
– 2 vehicles per site.
– Visitors must be registered and pay applicable fees.
– An adult (21+) must be present if minors are onsite.

Site Rules
– Seasonal rental applies to your assigned site only.
– Must follow all Strawberry Park rules & posted signs (see website).
– Sites must be kept clean and uncluttered. Any improvements require written approval.
– No subletting, site swapping, or permanent residency allowed.

Key Terms
– Management may enter or remove RV if needed.
– Violations of rules may result in immediate termination with no refund.
– No residency claims in the Town of Preston (no school enrollment or town services).
– Photo/video taken on property may be used for park marketing.
– Governed by CT law; disputes handled in New London County.

Liability Waiver
– Strawberry Park is not responsible for injuries, accidents, fire, theft, or weather damage.
– Campers assume all risks from pools, golf carts, recreation, pets, and natural terrain.
– Pets must be leashed, cleaned up after, and not disruptive.
– Golf carts must be electric, insured, and registered.
