March 14,2015

The weather is breaking at Strawberry Park with rain and hopefully little to no snow shortly. Roads are passable and we have started winter cleanup with ground preparation including tree and root removal for the 2 new pickle ball courts. Utilities and bathhouses are being prepared for the begin of the season. The severe winter has clearly pushed back the outside preparation. We are optimistic about the coming spring.

Gary Singer and Michelle Pedro are at the park and if you have any questions about your site please call the security telephone number 860 334 9953 and they will call you back as soon as possible. Gary and Michelle are travelling through the park daily and monitoring the sites and the park models. The snow this year has been unbelievable but hopefully will shortly be coming to an end.

The electric bills were sent out November 6,2014. Please forward payment to Strawberry Park c/o Elite Resorts 14100 North Highway 19, Suite A, P.O. Box 5489, Salt Springs, Florida 32134. Please call 860 88 1944 for any questions.

Vic Latino and the “Studio 54″ block party have booked for October 16-18,2015. After last year’s success, the 2015 version should be bigger and better.

Both the Bluegrass and Cajun festivals are in their final stages of planning and the performer lineups are coming together with the major names returning.

November 5, 2014

Dear Strawberry Park Owner,

  • The electric bills will be sent out shortly for the period ended November 3, 2014. We will notify all by email and post information on the owner section of the website.
  • Water supply to the property will be turned off today. Final steps are underway to secure and close down the resort. If you have any questions, please call 860 886 1944.
  • Please be advised that residency in the resort after October 31, 2014 is a violation of the Town of Preston zoning regulations and any violator could be subject to fines and legal action. Bathrooms will remain open at the store for nonresident visitors during the winter.
  • For the upcoming year, owners will be responsible for their own lawn care and will be asked to deposit their leaves into the street on a yet to be determined collection schedule. More to come later.
  • We are continuing the activities planning for 2015 but we are happy to report that (a) the lineups for both the Cajun and Bluegrass Festivals will be bigger and better for 2015 and (b) the “Studio 54 Block Party “has been locked in for the weekend of October 16-18, 2015. More activities and events information will be posted as it becomes available.
  • inally, association dues are due and payable on the first day of the quarter periods. Nonpayment on the prescribed dates with a 10 day grace period will be subject to interest. Please meet you obligations on a timely basis by sending payment to Strawberry Park c/o Elite Resorts, 14100 North Highway 19, P.O. Box 5489, Salt Springs, Florida 32134

  • Over the next week, we will continue the winterization and pumpouts  of the resort. On November 4,2014, all water will be turned off.

  • If you have any suggestions for next year’s activities schedule or themes we would appreciate hearing from you as we start the planning and commitment process for 2015.
  • Final electric readings will take place November 3,2014  and emailed shortly thereafter. Please direct all electric and association payments to Strawberry Park ℅ Elite Resorts ,14100 North Highway 19, P.O. Box 5489,Salt Springs, Florida 32134.
  • Please be advised that $500.00 association dues are due and payable on October 1,2014,January 1,2015, April 1,2015 and July 1,2015. No bill will be mailed to you.
  • Please refrain from throwing non-household garbage in the designated household dumpster which is now located at the dump station.
  • Please note that the payment of association dues is required on a timely basis and in light of the number of delinquents, Strawberry Park Resort Campground, Inc. (the “Association”) intends (a) to suspend rights and privileges,(b) to suspend all utilities  and (c) to apply interest on outstanding balances at an annual interest rate of 18%  on any and all unit owners who fail to pay association dues on a timely basis. We have instructed the lawyers for the Association to commence lien proceedings against existing delinquents.
