2021 Themed Weekends

During the summer (starting June 25) a full daily schedule of 30 plus planned and supervised activities are featured every day. Some of the activities for this season are Spud, Melt the ice cube, Sit Down Water Pass fill the bottle, beach ball races, fill your target and much more! So make sure to bring along a squirt gun and be prepared to get wet this summer! Don’t miss out on summer favorites such as Bingo, Super soaker wagon ride, Softball, Volleyball, Egg Toss, And Especially Our Tournament Games (Bocce, Washers, Corn Hole, Horseshoes and Kan Jam)  Paint Ceramics, T-shirt Tie Dye (small fee applies). Daily entertainment poolside music, bonfires, hypnotists, magic shows, Wood Carving, DJ dances, Karaoke outdoor movies, and much more. Don’t miss out on our fun-filled themed weekends wear costumes, site, and golf cart decorating are highly encouraged. The kids will love our Splash Park and Bounce Pillow.

But don’t worry we didn’t forget about our little ones! New activities for the 6 & under age group include poolside fishing, bubble fun sandbox fun, and more! The fun doesn’t stop at Strawberry Park; every day is like a weekend.

Father’s Day (JUNE 18-20):
New Orleans comes to Strawberry Park with music, food, and beads that are associated with a fine city. This weekend is sure to be the biggest hit with our Mardi Gras decorated Golf cart parade, Come dressed up and participate in the fun at our Mardi Gras DJ dance. Make your own Mardi Gras mask. Have lots of fun with our Mardi Gras Games Coin Toss, Bead Pass, Limbo, Musical Chairs snack time storytime, and more. This is the best weekend to earn your beads.

DISNEY (JULY 16 – 18):
This weekend come to meet, greet and take lots of pictures and have a snack with your two favorite mice, along with the 2 famous sisters and their lovable snowman, a very tired princess, this princess ate a bad apple, and of course, this princess wants to go to the ball. Enjoy a character parade, Character Wagon ride, Character dance, and Disney golf cart parade. Breakfast on Sunday is with the characters (small fee applies). Don’t forget to dress up so we can see who your favorite character is.

Santa will sing songs and read a traditional Christmas story to the kids. Come and sing with Santa on our wagon ride. Santa will be leading the golf cart parade and showing you some moves at the dance. Let’s see how festive you can get decorating your site.

People of all ages come on down to Strawberry Park’s Got Talent Competition on Saturday at 11:00 AM for the first round. The second round at 6:00 PM. Where a variety of talents will come together and show their stuff. You can sing, dance, tell jokes, do magic, or even hula hoop! There’s no extent to the different possibilities you can show our judges during our competition. Prizes will be awarded for the top three in each age group ranging from little kids to adults after the second round.

Jack Sparrow and his mates will be out and about, so make sure to get some of his treasure as he wanders through the park and be sure to catch a picture with this famous pirate.

This weekend show off your favorite teams from baseball, basketball, football, hockey, soccer, you decide who is your favorite. Participate in the various sports tournaments in washer toss, kan jam, and egg toss will be hosted this weekend. Participate in these events and see if you got what it takes to be the top team. There will be trophies awarded for our top 3 winners in each event. Regularly scheduled activities will be held. On Sunday, you don’t want to miss our Annual STAFF and OWNERS Softball game.

Labor Day (SEPTEMBER 3 – 6):
The last long weekend of the summer will be full of entertainment for all ages. Regular scheduled activities and events to our planned tournament. Our 6th Annual Corn Hole Tournament will take place with trophies for the top 3 winners.

Halloween fun and fright night are coming to Strawberry Park! Be sure to make your reservations early, as Halloween weekends become more and more popular every year. Visit our Halloween maze, enter the pumpkin Carving/Decorating contest, try your luck at our individual bobbing for apples and Glow Stick Ring Toss and grab your friends for the Mummy wrapping contest. Dress up scary or silly for our costume contest, where prizes are awarded for the Best Costume in many different categories, including babies, kids, pre-teens, teens, adults, and pets, as well as the amazing group category. After our costume parade, wander from site to site trick or treating before joining us for a bonfire to find out your winners. The whole campground gets fully decorated for these very popular weekends where Site decorating winners will receive a surprise.
