Featured Weekly Entertainment
As well as our Bluegrass and Cajun/Zydeco Festivals, Rockin’ Oldies Weekend and our Country Western Jamboree, Strawberry Park features a variety of entertainment and activities. During the summer (June 21 through August 24) the following evening activities are presented on a weekly basis, in addition to the full daily activity program.
See our Entertainment Calendar for details.
Sunday Nights: Join us for an early evening Bingo, then stick around for a Magic Show for the kids and live music at the Adult Rec Pool with bands such as The Outriggers, The Unusual Suspects and more.
Monday Nights: After an early evening Bingo, Hypnotist Steve Wronker takes the stage for one of our most popular events. Whether you are joining him on stage as one of the many volunteers, or you are simply enjoying the show from the audience, this is an event that you will talk about for a long, long, time. Steve presents a family show, suitable for all ages. For more information, visit Steve’s website at http://swfb.net/(that’s Steve Wronker’s Funny Business).
Tuesday Nights: A night to demonstrate your a
rtistic or musical talents, with Karaoke Video Sing-Along and T-Shirt Tie Dyeing. We offer kids, teens and adults a chance to select from over 1000 songs, including Children’s Songs, Oldies, Country and new releases. Sign-ups fill quickly, and many folks show up just to hear the adult hour. While enjoying the tunes, create a memory of your stay at Strawberry Park with a Tie Dye T-Shirt. You buy the shirt ($5 for t-shirts or $10 for long-sleeves), and we provide the gloves, the rubber bands, and a wide range of color choices. This can be messy, so be sure to wear old clothes. You can also catch a drive-in movie at the ballfield on the big screen!
Wednesday Nights: After ceramics and the Egg Toss, while the kids and
grown-ups enjoy Bingo, the teenagers are sure to check out the Teen Dance. Our weekly teen dance features a DJ playing all the popular selections, as well as staff supervision of the event. A reminder that the teen dance, as well as all other teen events, is a non-smoking activity. Also, teens are expected back on their sites by 11:00PM curfew—the dance ends by 10:45PM.
Thursday Nights: One of the favorite events for the whole family is our weekly Bonfire, each Thursday from June 20 through Labor Day.

Friday Nights: While we offer 7 other Bingo sessions each week, nothing compares with the Friday night Bingo crowd. Great fun for the whole family, for as little as $1. Get your cards early on Friday night—over 400 players is not an uncommon sight!
Saturday Nights: Following a 2PM Bingo and mid-afternoon Karaoke, Saturday night features either a live band, or an all-ages DJ Dance. Our professional DJs take requests, and provide a musical mix for kids, teens and adults.
