Strawberry Park RV Resort, LLC is held harmless from responsibility for damages, accidents or loss. The registrant assumes all responsibility for accidents, injuries or loss from any cause to himself (herself) and all members of his/her camping party. Strawberry Park reserves the right to refuse renewal of camping stay or to terminate a camping stay at any time. There will be no refund if members of the camping party or their guests are deemed to have violated a rule of Strawberry Park. Judgement of same shall be reserved by Strawberry Park exclusively. There is no refund or credit for early departure. By signing, registrant agrees that he/she has read this notice and agrees to same.
