Horseback Riding

Horseback trail rides are available for campers who are at least 10 years old and at least 4′ 6″ tall (54 inches). The cost of a 30 minute guided trail ride is $20.00, and you may sign up on the morning of the day on which you wish to ride (permission forms are available in the office). Riders must meet at the corral near the main gate 15 minutes prior to your riding time–No refunds or rescheduling for missed rides. Appropriate footwear only-no sandals please. For the younger children, pony rides are held in the show ring. You may purchase your $2.50 tickets in the office before 12PM. Due to insurance constraints, we cannot put anyone under 2 years on the pony rides, nor may we put 2 riders on the horse at one time. A parent must sign a pony ride waiver and assurance of age at time of purchase, and must be present at pony rides.
