For any of the following package plans, Strawberry Park is more than happy to provide your organization with a variety of culinary options, ranging from hot dogs and hamburgers to fully catered events. Please call us for more details.
Camping Clubs and Group Discounts
During April and November, Strawberry Park offers the following special rate for any organized camping club of 10 sites or more: $60 per site for the entire weekend for a site with water and electric (elec only after 11/6), or $76 for the full weekend with a sewer hook-up (Friday noon until Sunday 6PM). Ask about even greater savings on the first 2 weekends of April. Additionally, many of our special event weekends in the spring and fall feature the following discount for camping clubs: Reserve 10-19 sites and save 10% off each site reservation; reserve 20-29 sites—save 20%; reserve 30-39 sites and save 30%; 40-49 sites saves 40%, while a reservation for 50 sites or more saves 50% off the published camping fees for the desired dates. Offer valid on May 7-9; May 13-16; Sept 17-19 or Sept 24-26. If your group of 10 sites or more is interested in extending your weekend stay, our off-season mid-week rate of $40 per night will include 2 weeknights for the price of one. Please call us early to take advantage of these special savings. Discounted group rates based on actual number of paid sites at time of registration. Please note that we are unable to offer group discounts during the peak camping season. In addition, on holiday weekends and for summer weekends during July and August, we are unable to make reservations for groups of more than 3 sites.
Day Picnics for Schools or Businesses
School and company picnics feature planned group activities, such as softball, wagon rides, a tug of war or an egg toss, as well as full use of all Park facilities. Join the many schools and businesses that make a trip to Strawberry Park an annual event that all ages look forward to! Cost starts at $8 per person, and that includes the entire day at Strawberry Park, from as early as 8AM, until as late as 10PM. Availability is limited, so call us for more information, including discounts for large groups, entertainment options or meal plans.
Overnight Group Outings
If you’re in charge of planning for a scout troop, 4-H club or any other recognized youth group, call us for group camping information. The cost is $10 per person per night, with discounts available November through April. Please be sure to include enough adults to provide proper supervision for your group. This area is indicated on the map as the “Group Scout Tenting Area” and is limited to tents only, and is intended to be more of a “roughing it” experience than our campsites and rentals.
