Deposits

Upon making an advance reservation (more than 1 month prior to arrival), the request will be held for 7 days, by which time we must receive a deposit.  Deposit payment may be made by credit card or personal check, provided check is received by Strawberry Park at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. If we do not receive the required deposit within 7 days of making the reservation, your request for reservation may be canceled without notice. Any reservation made within 30 days of arrival date will require a MasterCard, Visa or Discover charge to pay for the deposit.  Upon receiving a deposit, Strawberry Park will send a written confirmation stating that the deposit was received.  Please take the time to carefully read your confirmation notice, checking dates, hook-ups and Park policies.  Upon arrival, any balance due must be paid by cash, recognized travelers checks, MasterCard, Visa or Discover. For pre-paid reservations, we will hold your site until noon of the day following your scheduled date of arrival, at which time the site may be re-booked without compensation. Regretfully, we cannot accept personal checks during your stay. 

Deposit Required for Campsite Reservations

Weekend Stay (including holiday weekends)—paid in full. 

Mid-week stay (2-5 nights, not including a weekend)–$100. 

Week or longer Site reservations—$200 deposit per week (if vacation week includes holiday weekend, the week must be paid in full)

Deposit Required for Rental Reservations

RV Rentals–Weekly reservations–$400 deposit

Park Model Rentals—Weekly reservations–$450 deposit

Log Cabin Rentals—Weekly reservations–$500 deposit

RV/Park Model/Cabin Rentals—Weekend reservations—paid in full
