[...] Join us this weekend in Preston CT for our annual Cajun Zydeco “Blast from the Bayou” Music and Dance Festival. Food and craft vendors, dance instruction, swimming pools and hot tubs…and great music!! Featured bands include those making the trek from Louisiana, such as Geno Delafose, Ryan Brunet, Cedric Watson, Jo Jo Reed, The Savoys and Li’l Wayne, as well as regional dance bands, including Li’l Anne, Jimmy Jo, The Sweetback Sisters, Girl Howdy, Slippery Sneakers, Planet Zydeco and C’est Bon. See the full activity schedule for the weekend 2011 CZ Fest Schedule. Although all the rental trailers are full for the Cajun Zydeco Festival, we do still have weekend passes, free rough camping (with pass), sites with hook-ups and day tickets as well. As always, free parking, and kids under 13 are free (teens are 1/2 price), and while we invite you to pack a cooler, we ask that any glass bottles be kept out (too many barefooters around the pools).
