2010 Long Term Camper Programs
Strawberry Park offers a variety of Long-Term camping options, including…Seasonal Sites, Cooperative Site Ownership, Year Round Caretaker Sites, Winter Seasonal Sites and Monthly Rates. A wide range of sites are available, including wooded or open sites, full-hook-ups (with a sewer connection), or water, electric and cable only (on-site pump-out service is available). We are able to accommodate any type of standard RV, including 40’ trailers with slide-outs, and some sites for park model units, up to 12’ in width. For any of our long-term programs, an Application for Long Term Camping must be completed prior to a site being selected. For both safety and appearance purposes, each RV is subject to final approval by Strawberry Park, and is based on an RV no more than 5 years old. Any application for an RV more than 5 years old must be accompanied by a photograph of the unit. Although many of our campers do upgrade, you are not required to purchase a new RV during your long-term stay. Strawberry Park is an authorized RV dealer. For all our long-term sites, site improvements such as decks and fireplaces, are permitted, but must be pre-approved on an individual basis, subject to exact specifications of Strawberry Park.
2010 Seasonal Camping Program

Strawberry Park offers the best and most complete seasonal camper program anywhere. Our camping season covers a full 12 months—from April 1, 2010 until March 31, 2011. This consists of unlimited camping during the summer months, as well as weekends during the spring and fall (school age children are not permitted on school calendar days). For southern snowbird couples, our seasonal program allows unlimited camping April through October. Unlike most campgrounds in the Northeast, Strawberry Park is open all year round. Our seasonal program includes keeping your RV on site during the winter (no hidden “storage” fees for the off-season), and we invite you to camp on winter weekends at no additional charge.
Advantages of a seasonal site at Strawberry Park include:
- Never having to haul your RV back and forth (saving time, money and gas)
- No registering with the office upon arrival, or leveling the unit and connecting the utilities each time you travel
- No reservations ever needed
- No check-in or check-out times
- Special events, such as our Bluegrass and Cajun Festivals, included for registered members of your party

Electricity is charged separately, based on actual metered use.
If no meter is installed, annual $275 electric fee will be assessed.

2010 Year-Round Caretaker Sites
A limited number of campsites are available for year-round use, including full hook-ups with a winter water connection. This program is ideal for 1 or 2 adults looking to reside at the campground all year round (sorry, no children under 21 in this program). The cost for a full year, from April 1, 2010 until March 31, 2011 is $6350, based on 2 people, with electricity metered. The year round payment schedule is similar to our seasonal program, with the seasonal portion ($5450 covering April through October) due on or before March 31, 2010. Five monthly payments of $180 would then resume on November 1, 2010, for the winter months of November 2010 through March 2011 (this winter monthly rate is only applicable for those who have completed a full seasonal reservation).
2010 Spring Seasonal
April 1 to June 20: $1447 w/e/c or $1631 w/e/c/s (includes 2 adult passes to each of our music festivals). Ideal for those who enjoy our spring special, and wish to add Carnival Weekend, Memorial Day, Bluegrass, Cajun/Zydeco & Father’s Day–12 weekends in all!! (this package includes WEEKEND USE…monthly rates would apply for those seeking daily usage).
2010 “Summer Only” Short Seasonal—New!!
June 20 to August 29 (10 full weeks) $3992 w/e/c or $4592 w/e/c/s. Perfect for those snowbirds that only come north for the summer. Includes electricity and daily usage, but unlike our full seasonal program, this does not include off-season storage. See our “Seasonal Availability List” for site options.
2010 Fall Seasonal
September 9 to October 31: $1088 w/e/c or $1192 w/e/c/s. Enjoy the entire fall season (includes 8 weekends). This package includes WEEKEND use…monthly rates apply for those seeking daily use.
2010 Winter Seasonal Program
Looking for a place to park your RV during the off-season that actually allows you to camp during the winter? Strawberry Park is open all year round (a limited number of winter water hook-up sites with a sewer connection are available for those seeking daily use–see below). The winter seasonal plan allows the RV to stay on site all winter, with weekend use permitted, as well as corresponding school vacation days. Five full months are included, with arrival anytime on or after November 1, 2010, with a departure on or before March 31, 2011. The cost for a site with electric & cable is $979 (our heated restrooms are open all year round). Propane gas filling is available, but we cannot allow the use of electric heaters. Weekend use is defined as the time period of noon Friday until 6PM Sunday. We do not allow school age children at Strawberry Park on school calendar days. For extended winter options allowing for daily use, our winter monthly rate for a site with full hook-ups (winter water, sewer, electric & cable) is $725 per month (Nov-March). The full winter of November 1 until March 31 is $3100 (1 or 2 adults), in which case the monthly rate of $725 is paid for Nov-Feb, and the March rate is then only $200. If paying for the full 5 month stay prior to November 1, an additional $100 discount will be applied.
Cooperative Site Ownership
Strawberry Park offers the most comprehensive site ownership program anywhere. This is not a timeshare—it is permanent site ownership. When you purchase a campsite at Strawberry Park, you own a share of the entire Park. Retirees please note that Strawberry Park is simply the best choice for a summer home in the Northeast.
